Human Resources Administrator
Location: Eagle Farm, QLD
Salary: $100,000 + Super

Our client, a globally recognised organisation, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team in Eagle Farm, Queensland. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing HR function, with a strong emphasis on recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR administration.

About the Role Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The role is primarily office-based and plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across the business. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with training logistics and employee engagement initiatives
• Support payroll preparation through accurate data entry and reporting
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist with internal HR communications, surveys, and compliance activities
• Contribute to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing programs

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and a sound understanding of employment legislation
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
