About the Role

As our Practice Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic, managing daily operations, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, and fostering a motivated and cohesive team culture. You'll work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and help drive the ongoing success and growth of the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and service

Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations: rosters, scheduling, and workflow

Championing a positive patient experience from check-in to follow-up

Supporting staff performance, training, and adherence to standards

Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Managing inventory and supplier relationships for smooth clinic operations

Handling patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Collaborating with upper management on strategies for growth and efficiency

About You

A natural leader with a passion for healthcare and team success

Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role within a dental or healthcare setting

Strong people and performance management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure

Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
