With specialisations in bulk earthworks, road construction, underground services, and subdivisions, the company is known for completing projects on time, safely, and within budget.

We’re currently seeking a Civil Surveyor with extensive experience in Subdivisions to join their team and support a range of active sites throughout Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering work that is accurate, precise, and collaborative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site setouts and establish survey control
• Conduct volume calculations, “as-constructed” surveys, and prepare reports
• Create and manage 12d models for design, machine guidance, and reporting
• Coordinate survey requirements across multiple project sites
• Ensure precise, high-quality, and autonomous delivery of survey tasks

Qualifications:

• TAFE or university qualification in Engineering Surveying
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in civil construction surveying
• Proficiency with CAD software and data processing tools (e.g., Business Centre, Magnet)
• Experience in roads, subdivisions, and bulk earthworks
• Familiarity with Topcon and Trimble machine control systems
• Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills
• Valid driver's license
