Our client is a trailblazer in access and revenue management technologies, offering solutions in parking, mobility and entertainment. They are now seeking a visionary National Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and customer success across the Oceania region.

The Role
This national role is based in Sydney directly leading the NSW operations team.
You’ll oversee the customer service business and technical helpdesk, while championing customer success and engagement across subsidiaries, joint ventures, and distributor networks in Oceania. This role includes functional oversight and support for Operations Managers in the region—offering guidance on process improvement, operational frameworks, and overall methodology in alignment with regional leadership.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Delivering projects from concept to execution across national operations

Supervising and mentoring regional Operations Managers

Elevating customer service and helpdesk performance through innovation

Standardising processes and embedding operational excellence

Providing strategic input to senior leaders and regional directors

What You’ll Bring:

A proven track record in operations and project management

Leadership experience in service delivery and customer-facing environments

Strong cross-cultural and stakeholder engagement skills

A hands-on, proactive approach with strategic vision

PMP or equivalent certifications are highly valued

Parking or Access Management experience is also highly valued but not necessary.
