About the Role:

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to learn more. You’ll play a critical role in understanding their needs and booking them in for a personalised in-home consultation with our Design Specialists. No cold calling—just warm, inbound leads!

Your responsibilities include:
• Responding to inbound phone and online enquiries
• Asking the right questions to qualify customer interest
• Booking in-home design consultations for the sales team
• Building rapport and sharing excitement about our product
• Maintaining accurate records and helping create a smooth customer journey

What You Bring:

• A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
• Great phone manner and strong communication skills
• Confidence in handling objections and booking appointments
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation is a bonus
