You are looking at a highly ranked leader in the energy efficiency segment who install and deliver products and projects to homes and facilities Australia wide.
The products that this brand lead the market with are Air Conditioning, Heat Pump and Solar Battery to residential and commercial customers, this is for their residential customer sales.
On top of that, they are also a proud manufacturer of hardware and products so the brand is diversified with offices nationally and is on an exciting curb of growth year on year, keeping them at the top of the market.
The role:
This role is within their Sales team and provides full WFH and all of the customer leads are inbound leads provided to you - so all you have to do is consult with the customer over the phone and complete the sale.
- All leads provided via inbound leads
- Customer leads are warm from new enquiries
- Consulting with customers over the phone
- Air Condition / HVAC is the key product you're selling
- Closing the sale with customer from the consultation
- Selling and promoting other residential products and solutions
- Full support from management with training, mentoring & development
- Customers you're dealing with are residential & domestic clients
- Earning clear cut commission % monthly on top of your weekly salary
- This is a Work From Home role where you can be fully remote

The experience necessary for this job:
To be considered for this role you will ideally be coming from a history of sales and being in a role where you have had to close customer sales or sell a product. Pre existing experience from this industry is highly regarded and proffered.
Key areas of experience are:
- Experience in closing new customer sales
- Ability to work from home full time
- Exceptional phone sales skills as well as face to face
- Ability to influence and persuade sales outcomes
- Your experience could be from B2C or B2B
- Ability to negotiate and handle objections
- Hunger and drive to earn and achieve
- Good communication skills written and verbal
