About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to step into a 12-month maternity relief contract, overseeing a high-performing team of 15-20 outbound agents.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales coaching, lead generation, and contact centre operations. You'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team to exceed performance targets, while ensuring campaign onboarding, reporting, and workforce planning are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily outbound performance across multiple lead generation campaigns
Monitor KPIs including contact rates, lead quality, and conversion outcomes
Conduct regular call coaching, and performance reviews
Identify training needs and build agent capability in objection handling and sales skills
Foster a positive, competitive, and goal-focused team culture
Ensure agents are effectively rostered to meet campaign coverage needs
Manage attendance, adherence, and performance across assigned campaigns
Support recruitment and onboarding for new campaign launches
Prepare and present performance reporting to internal stakeholders
Identify risks early and support ongoing process improvements
Hire, Induct and Train new agents into the business
About You
Previous experience in a call centre team leadership role required.
Strong people leadership skills with a coaching-first mindset
Clear understanding of outbound KPIs and contact centre dynamics
Comfortable with performance data and driving accountability
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Confident using diallers, CRMs, and basic reporting tools
Tools We Use
IPscape (dialler), HubSpot (CRM), Google Suite
RingCentral, Slack, Employment Hero
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Experience:

Must pass National Police Check and credit history check.
