Overview

CoreData is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Assistant to join our global research business. This role is perfect for a recent university graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about operations, business development, and client engagement.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Global CEO, this is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and the operational workings of a business that spans Australia, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

You'll play a vital role in supporting both the operational efficiency and sales coordination efforts of the business. This is a fast-paced, people-focused environment ideal for a motivated self-starter ready to develop their career.

We are seeking someone who is available to start immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the CEO’s calendar including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, and handling diary logistics.

Support the team in preparing sales decks, briefing packs, and CRM updates.

Assist in coordinating and booking client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Liaise with prospects, clients, and partners in a professional and timely manner.

Contribute to the development of operational and sales strategies through research, documentation, and coordination.

Provide admin support across business operations, including documentation, process tracking, and reporting.

Maintain an organised and professional environment, both virtually and in-office, supporting operational processes and team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Recent graduate or 1–2 years' experience in a sales support, operations, administration, or client-facing role.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
