What you’ll be doing
As our Senior Sales Administration Manager, to join our fast paces Sales Operations team. This is a key leadership role, overseeing a team of 3-4 coordinators and administrators. You’ll own the day-to-day function of the sales admin, reporting, contracts processing and enablement – ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
You’re impact:
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing admin team that support a large-scale national salesforce.
- Own and improve internal sales reporting and dashboards – experience with salesforce is highly desirable.
- Manage contract generation and compliance checks to ensure every deal is watertight and well documented.
- Create high quality PowerPoint presentations and sales material for key meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Constantly seek smarter ways to streamline processes, drive efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in team leadership with sales operations, admin or enablement.
- Sharp eye for detail, exceptional organisation skills and the confidence to leader from the front
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
