We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to our client's Human Pharma Sales Field Force and broader cross-functional teams. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about supporting a team that makes a difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to hear from you! Great flexible workplace with established team, work from home 2 days and spend three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level admin support to the pharmaceutical sales team
- Assist with internal and some external events, including travel and invoicing
- Maintain and update team lists (new starters, leavers, postcode changes).
- Manage third-party sponsorship contracts and payments
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Create and manage contracts and reports using internal systems.
- Respond to customer and sales team enquiries, assist with product sampling requests
- Act as a key contact for the sales team
- Share updates and support team engagement
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all teams: Marketing, Medical, Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance, Facilities, Public Affairs, Learning & Capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative or coordination background.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with systems such as Veeva, CorA, MDGX, and DocuSign (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, team-first attitude
- Experience with event management
- Proficient across the Microsoft suite
- Customer centric attitude, sense of urgency, can do attitude
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device market in a similar role highly regarded but not essential
