Internal Sales Support - Northern Region (Sydney Based)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support to assist our northern region team respond to new sales enquiries as the initial point of contact and manage order processing. Based in our Macquarie Park office and reporting to the National Operations Officer, you’ll work closely with all departments and major stakeholders to deliver Power and Cooling Infrastructure Solutions that meet clients’ needs through excellent customer service.
This role focuses on supporting our sales team through following up on operational queries, quote preparation and CRM and data entry management to strengthen existing relationships and grow through exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Coordination and Collaboration: Support the Northern Regional sales team and assist with national activities as directed by the management team and your counterpart in the Southern Region. Contribute to the overall performance of the NPS team through effective communication and interactions with others.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent communication and service acting as the initial point of contact for NPS.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with external stakeholders for a seamless customer experience.
CRM and Data Management: Maintaining accuracy and integrity of the NPS CRM program, Power BI platform for sales, ISO 9001 Customer Satisfaction Rating – Sales, and Reporting (Sales Business Intelligence).
Personal Awareness: Acknowledgement of strengths and weaknesses; understanding how own behaviour and actions impact and reflect upon others and the business.
What We’re Looking For:
Background: Experience in sales, customer service, administration, or operations, or a strong willingness to develop your technical and sales skills.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Attention to Detail: Precision in managing CRM, client requirements, delivering solutions and accurate order processing. Proactive mindset with effective problem solving.
Organisational Skills: Effective time management and organisational skills to balance multiple priorities, schedules and client needs.
Computer Skills: Proficient with digital tools such as Microsoft Office to manage accounts and communication efficiently. Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience highly advantageous but not essential.
