You’re super organized, You have a real eye for details and are great with things like scheduling, booking things in and liaising with people. You’re also agile and can adapt to things changing quickly.
You love working in small businesses because you’re always busy, doing all different kinds of things and to keep growing & learning. You’re not too good for anything and are always willing to roll your sleeves up and help out.
We need an Office Assistant to help with the accounts, invoicing, purchasing, scheduling & coordination of jobs and general office admin tasks.
It’s a vital role and you will be a go-to person for the team, and having someone great in this seat helps the entire company run more efficiently.
It is KEY for this business that you are across Xero and ideally Simpro software.
GreenStar Water Solutions is a chill place to work, with a good atmosphere and good people.
The role is full-time, in West Gosford and they’re flexible around start & finish times.
