Our client, a well-regarded contractor in the infrastructure and resources sector, is seeking an experienced and organised Mobilisation Coordinator to support project operations across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

The role requires an immediate start and will suit someone who is confident coordinating multiple moving parts and has prior experience with Tier 1 clients. Work hours are Monday to Friday, either 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm, with a casual rate of $45.00 - $55.00 p/h depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the mobilisation of field teams, subcontractors, and equipment to project sites
• Manage onboarding requirements, including training, compliance, and competency records
• Arrange and oversee logistics including travel, accommodation, and site access
• Maintain mobilisation trackers and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Liaise with internal teams, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments
• Act as the central point of contact for mobilisation-related queries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a mobilisation or a workforce coordinator role
• Experience with Rio Tinto and FMG systems and processes is essential
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident using internal systems, spreadsheets, and workforce management tools
