The Role: Mobilisation Administrator
Our Client is a leading privately owned Civil and Construction company. They are now seeking a temporary mobilisation administrator to join their team immediately on a 2-month short term contract basis.
Requirements:
- Experience in workforce mobilisation, particularly in remote or mining environments.
- Previous experience working with bulk blue collar personnel.
- Ability to coordinate mobilisation - pre employment medicals, training, inductions, licences and qualifications.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to coordinate large teams.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety protocols.
