ABOUT THE ROLE
This 6-week Office Coordinator role is an opportunity to be the heartbeat of a buzzing, dynamic office. Sitting at reception, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from welcoming clients and managing meeting rooms to keeping the vibe fun (think: Friday drinks!). You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, and be key to keeping things running smoothly while the current Coordinator is on leave.
DUTIES
- Manage front-of-house reception with warmth and professionalism
- Meet and greet clients and guests, first impressions matter!
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups and AV support
- Organise couriers, mail and office supplies
- Champion culture with ownership of weekly office events (Friday drinks, birthdays, etc.)
- Keep common areas tidy, stocked and welcoming
- Support the Head of Operations with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Be calm under pressure and ready to pivot when the day changes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in an office coordination or front-of-house role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay composed under pressure
- Tech-savvy and confident with MS Office and general systems
- Naturally organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- WHV candidates welcome, full-time availability essential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Dates: 10 July handover, role runs 14 July – 22 August
Team Size: ~50 in the Perth office
