The Team:
Our Senior Credit Analysts play a critical role in guiding the credit process and supporting more complex loan scenarios. Working closely with our brokers, you’ll help assess client information, provide strategic deal structuring and ensure every application meets both lender policy and Madd’s high standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the industry who enjoys solving challenges, mentoring others and contributing to bigger-picture outcomes.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers to assess complex financial scenarios, structure deals and oversee the accuracy and compliance of loan submissions. It’s a role that requires confidence, expert judgement and a passion for excellence.

Typically, Your Days Will Include:

Reviewing and analysing complex financial documents and credit reports

Running servicing and borrowing capacity calculators across multiple lenders

Structuring sophisticated loan scenarios aligned with lender policy

Preparing high-quality, accurate submission notes and application packs

Troubleshooting issues and supporting files through to lodgement

Staying ahead of policy changes and coaching team members when needed

Collaborating with brokers and analysts to support strong credit outcomes

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience in finance, banking or mortgage broking, ideally in credit

Advanced understanding of lender policy, structure and risk

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Confident working across platforms and managing multiple files

Proven leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset

Positive attitude, team spirit and high professional standards
