The Team:
Our Junior Credit Analysts play an essential role in supporting the credit process and learning from experienced team members. Working closely with our brokers and analysts, you’ll assist in assessing client information, preparing files and learning how to structure loan scenarios that align with lender policy. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a love for numbers and a drive to grow in the finance industry.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Credit Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll assist in the preparation and analysis of loan applications, learning the ins and outs of credit assessment in a hands-on, supportive environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone starting their career and eager to build a strong foundation in mortgage lending.

Typically, Your Days Will Include:

Assisting in reviewing financial documents and reports

Supporting the team in running servicing and borrowing capacity calculators

Learning to help structure loan scenarios aligned with lender policy

Preparing draft submission notes and supporting documents

Helping troubleshoot basic issues and assist with lodgement tasks

Staying updated on lender policy changes and learning best practices

Collaborating with brokers and analysts to develop your skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Some experience in customer service, finance or admin is a bonus

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

A genuine interest in finance, lending and process

Confidence using basic spreadsheets and online platforms

Great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
