About the Role
This newly created, and much need Senior Analyst role will enable and influence non finance stakeholders within the business that rely upon detailed insights to support the daily operation and the future projections that make this business a success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and enhancement of internal processes and systems to facilitate smooth operations across various states

· Conduct timely and thorough analysis of data across different business units, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support decision-making processes.

· Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports as needed, providing valuable insights for strategic planning and operational efficiency.

· Assist the Management team in fulfilling contractual obligations and meeting customer requirements effectively, maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

· Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to identify key business needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with customer and contract requirements to enhance overall business performance.

About You:

· 3 year+ experience in a similar role, showcasing strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analytics, enabling informed decision-making and insightful reporting.

· Experienced in handling large data sets, adept at extracting, organizing, and analysing data to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

· Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
