• Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems.

Profile

5+ years HR operations experience.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law & compliance

Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll processes

Experienced in onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven team leadership and coaching ability

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Passionate about continuous improvement and HR excellence
