Known for their elite clientele, strong ethics, and sharp market knowledge, this celebrated brand is now bringing their marketing in-house, and they’re on the hunt for a creative marketing specialist to join the team.
With brand guidelines and collateral already in place, you’ll step into an established foundation with plenty of room to further enhance the brand. From content creation and social strategy to boosting their profile and capturing on-the-ground content within these luxury homes, this role is all about bringing creativity and strategy together.
Benefits to working for this company:
- $90,000 - $120,000
- Monday to Friday
- Get out to properties to capture content
- Quarterly team social functions
- Full hand over from external agency
- Subscriptions to creative software provided
- Monthly team meetings
- Established brand and brand guidelines
What will you be doing in this role:
This role offers the perfect mix of variety and challenge, giving you the chance to work across multiple projects throughout the year. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Capture, edit and post social media content
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Copy writing
- Prepare and issue EDM’s
- Write award submissions and seek PR opportunities
- Manage an enhance an existing website
- Health check all existing marketing to tweak and enhance
- Brand management
- Refresh and manage branded collateral and templates
- Manage sponsored and organic marketing campaigns
- Assist with client events, gifting and communication
The right candidate will have:
- Experience in real estate or property marketing essential
- Proficiency with Adobe creative suite
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Highly organised and able to manage deadlines
- Experience with email marketing
- A drivers license and reliable car
