Your Role:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries

Review financial statements, income tax returns, and BASs prepared by junior staff

Provide tailored tax compliance and business advisory services

Identify tax planning opportunities and assist with structuring advice

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service

Mentor, support, and review the work of junior team members

Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex matters

Contribute to process improvement and workflow efficiency within the team

About you:

CA/CPA qualified or close to completion

4+ years’ experience in public practice within business services and tax

Strong technical knowledge across tax and accounting standards

Excellent communication skills (Client-facing)

A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor junior staff
