What you'll be doing

• Make reactivation calls to previous leads
• Respond to warm inbound leads and answer first-line questions
• Support a Lending Specialist with tasks like email coordination, document collection, and diary management
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Keep our CRM and internal systems tidy, accurate, and up to date
