4WD Specialist Sales Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time

Fullbore TJM Stockist Bayswater and TJM Geelong are excited to offer a new position for a motivated and passionate 4WD Sales Representative to help drive the continued growth of our business.

We specialise in supplying and fitting a wide range of TJM 4WD accessories and are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the industry and is ready to take our business development to the next level.

About the Role

In this position, you will be focused on growing our business-to-business client base across Victoria. You’ll build valuable relationships with automotive dealerships, repair shops, crash repairers, and other key industry partners looking for a trusted 4WD accessory provider.

You will be based:

Monday & Friday at our Bayswater head office

Tuesday to Thursday on the road and connecting with the Geelong store

A company vehicle, phone, computer, and all tools of the trade will be provided to support your success.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong knowledge of the automotive parts and accessories industry

A professional, reliable, and customer-first approach

Excellent time management and organisational skills

The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Confidence when dealing with a range of customers and internal team members

A self-driven attitude with a passion for 4WD and off-road gear

Good computer literacy and admin accuracy
