The Role:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a major renovation of a luxury private residence

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site logistics

Drive quality, safety, and program delivery to the builder’s high standards

Ensure all works are delivered in line with architectural intent

What You’ll Need:

Experience as a Foreman on high-end residential projects

Strong background in detailed renovations and architectural builds

Ability to manage trades, drive program, and maintain clean, organised sites

Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Carpentry trade background preferred
