About The Role

• Site Foreman / Site Manager to deliver an architecturally designed high-end renovation and extension project in Woollahra.
• Valued at $2.5m.
• 12 month project timeline.
• Project site is live with foundation work currently being undertaken.
• Salary between $130,000 and $160,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades and staff.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.

Skills & Experience

• Carpentry trade background - Certificate III in Carpentry.
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good stakeholder management experience.
• Good IT skills.
