ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to take the lead on a new high-end build in Mittagong. This 12+ month project involves constructing a large luxury home on a vacant block with meticulous detailing throughout. Additional Southern Highlands projects will follow upon completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate all sub-contractors
• Manage structural set-out and site operations
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to execute intricate finishes
• Lead weekly/fortnightly site meetings to track progress and update schedules
• Reporting to the director of this company regularly on the progress of the build

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years in construction (5+ years as a Site Foreman)
• Extensive knowledge of high-end residential builds
• A valid White Card & driver’s licence
• A Contractor’s Licence is a plus but not essential
• Full-time position (Monday–Friday) with occasional Saturday half-days if required

This role is ideal for someone based in the Southern Highlands or surrounding areas, with a strong background in high-end residential construction. However, we welcome applications from those willing to travel.
