Your Role:
As a major player in our Marketing initiatives you will need to be commercially focused, as your role holds the key to driving growth. Your responsibilities will involve developing high impact marketing and engagement programs in collaboration with our dealer network, wholesale partners and major stakeholders.
This role ensures that marketing tools and campaigns are tailored for the local market and effectively rolled out to maximize return on investment, strengthen partner relationships, and accelerate revenue from our security monitoring and video verification services. It also includes direct partner engagement and face-to-face activity to build loyalty and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and rollout of joint marketing and sales campaigns with partners, including tactical offers, co-branded initiatives, and reward or incentive programs.
Activate Signature Partner Program initiatives to improve partner visibility, engagement, and business outcomes in the AU/NZ markets.
Deliver in-field sales activations such as site visits, partner meetings, industry events, and frontline engagement sessions to support conversion and strengthen relationships.
Adapt group-level marketing campaigns to suit local audiences and drive outcomes via dealer, integrator, and trade-facing channels.
Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing priorities with commercial goals and market opportunities.
Track performance metrics, engagement levels, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights to shape future investment.
Produce and manage distribution of trade and partner-facing materials including sales toolkits, collateral, promotional assets, and communications.
Organize and support webinars, product training, and launch events to drive education and uptake of new solutions.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all partner marketing activities and communications.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in B2B marketing, partner programs, or channel sales—ideally within security, technology, or professional services.
Demonstrated success in executing co-branded campaigns and incentive-based promotions.
Experience managing channel or wholesale partner relationships.
Strong understanding of partner marketing and trade engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Results-oriented with a commercial mindset and focus on partner value and growth.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
