We are seeking an experienced, organised and professional Accounts Clerk to join our team. We are searching for an accounts professional who can implement their experience, show initiative and has a positive attitude.

On Site Only - Tuesday to Thursday (9am – 3.30pm)
Campbellfield location
$38 - $42 per Hour

This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Duties:

Reconciliations and financial reporting

Processing of Accounts Payable/Receivable

Preparing payments for review and approval

Processing Payroll Weekly and Superannuation payments ensuring ATO and regulatory compliance.

Revenue checks on rebates from suppliers

Ensuring compliance of obligations

Driving policy and process improvements

Liaising with external Accountant/Consultant

Preparing and managing department budgets

Ad-hoc administration, supporting the Directors.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Accounts Clerk experience

Proficiency in MYOB Required

Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work autonomously.

Certificate IV in financial accounting or financial bookkeeping preferred.

Sound computer processing and administration skills.

Excellent organisational skills

Strong written/verbal communication

Be reliable and punctual.
