About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Property Acquisition Manager to join our team to source quality properties for our clients. Working closely with our Sales and Strategy team, you’ll play a vital role in identifying on-and off-market opportunities in targeted locations and ensuring they align with our clients’ long-term investment goals.

This is a position with full-time hours, flexible hybrid work arrangements, and a generous commission structure — minimum income is $80,000 with the potential for +$200k.

You’ll leverage our industry-leading research, with your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and network to build a robust pipeline of projects that align with our clients goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep-dive market research across our key locations to identify viable investment opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with agents, builders, developers, and other property sources.

Secure high-quality properties at the right price for our clients.

Complete detailed Property Information Packs for internal sales and advisory use.

Work cross-functionally with the sales and client teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Conduct inspections on behalf of our sales team to ensure our clients receive the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For:

REIWA Sales Registration (mandatory).

2–3 years’ experience in the property industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Confident communicator and relationship builder.

Self-driven and highly organised, with a genuine passion for property.
