About Us

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales & Ecommerce Administrator to join our clients team.

This diverse role suits someone with a background in technology solutions looking to apply their skills in a commercial setting.

You will support sales operations manage the online store and contribute directly to sales of entry-level products to both business and consumer clients.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales, operations, and finance teams, including quotes, sales orders, and invoicing

Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM and inventory systems

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery

Generate sales reports, analyse data, and assist with forecasting

Engage proactively with B2B and B2C customers to promote and sell entry-level technology products

Respond to product inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

Manage online store support, including product listings, order processing, shipping coordination, and inventory management

Collaborate with marketing on strategies to grow the online business and sales

Your Profile

Foundational understanding or experience in technology (IT, electronics, software) or industrial fields (machinery, heavy equipment)

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and/or ERP systems

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes

Customer-centric mindset with strong service commitment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
