We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate with 12–24 months of real estate experience to join this elite team. This role is tailored for someone hungry to grow, learn, and ultimately carve out their own successful career in sales.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Proactively nurturing prospective leads and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing and updating the CRM/database with precision
• Responding to enquiries and managing buyer communication
• Coordinating and attending property campaigns, including open homes and inspections
• Supporting listing presentations, appraisals, photoshoots, and valuations
• Conducting follow-up calls and buyer feedback sessions
• Driving prospecting efforts through phone canvassing, letterbox drops, and door knocking
• Working Monday to Saturday with one weekday off

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12–24 months’ experience in a real estate associate or support role
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

• A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
