Our client is a leading team that is looking for their next team player to join their highly skilled group. If you are looking to work in a fantastic open planned office with a shop front on a grand scale, in a prominent location surrounding by EVERYTHING you need, then this is the role for you.
The Role:
- Monday – Friday administration support
- Liaise with clients, sales agents and external stakeholders
- Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement
- Design marketing material via Campaign Track(Brochures, DL's, Signboards, inhouse artworks, etc)
- Advertising, marketing and reporting
- Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils
- Database management
- Office management and coordination
- Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live
- CRM management
The Candidate:
- The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong administration skills
- The ability to work in a top performing team
