As a boutique builder based in Fremantle, they pride themselves on their tight-knit team and ability to deliver projects to the highest standard each time. They are currently looking for a Site Manager to deliver a diverse range of high end residential work including renovations.

You will be required to have:

• Relevant qualifications in Building & Construction or trade background.
• Demonstrated extensive onsite management experience on custom residential builds.
• With a strong understanding of trades, you will have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality projects with a key eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
• Strong tenure with previous employer.
• Currently white card.
