Key Requirements:

• Ideally Trade Qualified carpenter
• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a commercial main contractor
• Must have managed sites on commercial construction projects valued at $30-40m +
• Previous multi storey experience delivering 5+ levels on apartment, student accommodation or aged care projects.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail & communication skills.
