Site Supervisor – Commercial Roofing

About the Role:

You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial roofing projects across Perth. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will lead on-site teams, manage safety, coordinate suppliers, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site operations and daily toolbox/pre-starts.
  • Supervise installation of cladding, flashings, and roof plumbing.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Manager and other site supervisors.
  • Manage site safety documentation, inductions and JSA’s.
  • Schedule works and manage delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and building standards.
  • Provide clear daily instructions and monitor productivity.

Skills & Experience:

  • Supervisory experience in commercial roofing essential.
  • Strong technical skills across cladding, sheeting & flashings.
  • Ability to read/interpret technical plans and drawings.
  • Confident communicator and natural leader under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of site safety and height access equipment.
  • Proficient using variety of computer software.

Required:

  • Valid Driver’s Licence and Construction Card (White Card).
  • Heights within 2 years and roofing trade certificate - beneficial.
