The Company:

Established 15 years ago and a leading residential builder who have built a strong reputation for delivering unique, architecturally designed homes across Perth. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across the Central and Southern suburbs, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:

• Supervise 15-20 homes across Central and South Perth
• Manage all aspects of on-site construction from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
• Liaise with clients, head office staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

About You:

• Previous experience supervising residential builds (single or double-storey homes)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, WHS requirements and local building codes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions
• Ability to problem-solve and find practical solutions on-site
• Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
