They specialise in delivering intricate and detailed Construction projects across diverse industries, and their approach is centred around empowering their people and fostering a collaborative culture, in turn setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Providing one on one service to their clients they have built a strong reputation over the past 20 years with their projects on the fit-out side of the business ranging anywhere from $50,000 - $10m.

An exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Site Manager is required for our Client's refurbishment at the international Airport fit-out project valued at circa $4m.

This is a really exciting opportunity to align with an experienced team that you can grow, develop and learn from in a well-rounded all-encompassing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of Sub-contractors, trades and labour
• Ensuring the work is completed on time, to budget and desired quality
• Manage Site Health & Safety
• Manage subcontractors and their performance
• Produce site diary's and progress reports
• Attend and chair management and progress meetings
• Comprehensive understanding of the fit-out construction market
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract

Key Requirements:

• A strong construction site management experience in Commercial Fitout in the Perth market (8-10years)
• Extensive knowledge of building regulations and codes in Australia
• Leadership and management experience
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Implement all aspects of health & safety
• Well organised, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
• Long tenure with previous employers and excellent references
• must have a police clearance and drivers license
• must be a Permanent Resident
