Perform diagnostic testing and maintenance on power transformers, high/medium/low voltage (HV/MV/LV) switchboards, circuit breakers (oil, vacuum, gas), and substation equipment such as CTs, VTs, disconnectors, and surge arrestors.
Conduct commissioning tasks on HV/MV/LV systems, protection relays (electromechanical, static, numerical), motor protection systems, and static var compensation systems
Test and maintain outdoor substation equipment, including busbar configurations, earth systems, capacitor/reactor banks, fault recorders, and isolators/disconnectors.
Configure, test, and commission advanced protection schemes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including IEC 61850 protocols.
Test, maintain, and commission battery systems, DC power supplies, and earth compensators for substation operations.
Perform testing, maintenance, and commissioning tasks on power generation systems and associated transmission and distribution equipment.
Execute Hi-Pot and Very Low Frequency (VLF) testing on HV/MV cables, ensuring system reliability and integrity.
Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) for a wide range of primary and secondary electrical equipment.
Install, test, and commission statistical and tariff metering systems to ensure accurate energy measurements and compliance with standards
Maintain detailed records of all testing, maintenance, and commissioning activities, and prepare technical reports for clients and management.
Coordinate and manage commissioning teams across multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Demonstrate a strong safety, quality, and compliance focus in all aspects of work.
Adhere strictly to permit requirements and safety protocols.
