Payroll & HR:

End-to-end payroll processing for 45–50 employees

Ensure compliance with:

Payroll tax, superannuation, child support and garnishee orders.

Modern awards and company policies

Manage onboarding and offboarding

Prepare and maintain employment contracts

Payment of leave entitlements

Accounts Administration:

Bank reconciliations

Process supplier payments

Enter and code supplier invoices

Conduct supplier statement reconciliations

Maintain debtor control and follow-up

Process corporate credit card transactions

General admin support and invoice processing as required

✅ What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in payroll and accounts admin

Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance

HR legislation knowledge and experience is a bonus

Proficiency in software such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks

High attention to detail and strong time management

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
