Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working within a well-established team, the role of Payroll, HR and Accounts Administrator is to ensure the accurate processing of payroll including all related payroll compliance, and to assist the Financial Controller in HR and accounting administration duties as required.
Tasks include but are not limited to the following.
Payroll & HR:
End-to-end fortnightly payroll for up to 60 employees nationally using the Employment Hero platform.
Payroll compliance including payroll tax, child support, garnishee and superannuation payments across multiple states.
HR tasks include onboarding new employees via the Employment Hero HR platform, reviewing leave requests and entitlements in line with company policy and ensuring award compliance as required.
Accounts Administration:
· Weekly bank reconciliations
· Weekly supplier payments including international payments
· Supplier invoice processing
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Debtor control
· Processing credit card statements
· Journal processing depends upon experience.
· Ad hoc tasks as required
This is a newly created permanent role with the primary purpose of covering the payroll function. The primary role can be achieved in one day per week as we have multiple team members available to cover the accounting administration but can be expanded to two days with additional administration and accounting tasks for the right candidate
