Hours are flexible you can work between the hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm

Assisting the Office and Payroll Manager

You must have over two (2) years experience in Payroll in Australia. Must be available to work every Monday and Tuesday and on occasions Wednesday. Working hours are flexible you can work between the hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm.

The Role on offer is a part time Payroll position.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

Processing end to end payroll - medium to large

Invoicing

Entering staff details

To be successful in this role, you must have all of the following attributes:

Experience in all aspects of payroll

Experience using FastTrack preferred but will train

Experience using Xero

Sound interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent attention to detail

Good organisational and time management skills

Able to multi-task, work to deadlines and under pressure

Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of people

Mature, reliable, and committed attitude

Proven ability to work in a team and independently

Minimum 2 to 3 years working in similar role in Australia
