We’re TradesFormation — Australia’s #1 coaching company for maintenance trade businesses. We help plumbers, sparkies, HVAC pros and more scale their business without being chained to it. Our clients get systems, sales skills, and real operational freedom.

Now we’re looking for a Learning Design Specialist to bring our coaching IP to life — building out workbooks, templates, mini-courses, playbooks, and roadmaps that clients can pick up and implement.

This role blends learning design, content creation, and a systems brain. If you love organising chaos into clarity and want your work to have real impact — this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking our coaching content (slides, coaching notes, recorded sessions) and turning it into usable, client-facing resources.

Building out roadmaps, scorecards, session guides, templates, and implementation tools.

Structuring step-by-step learning journeys for clients — across operations, sales, admin, marketing, and leadership.

Collaborating with our coaches to ensure learning materials are practical and ready to deploy.

Using tools like Google Docs/Slides, UpCoach, and Canva to organise and present information cleanly.

Helping us standardise our core IP into repeatable learning systems that scale.

Who You Are

You're either:

A learning designer or instructional designer who’s worked in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
OR

A systems-savvy ops or content person who’s built out training resources or knowledge bases for a growing business

What You Bring

3+ years experience in learning design, instructional design, content development, or systems operations

Ability to take raw material and structure it clearly for learning and implementation

Strong written communication — you can break down complex info into easy, actionable tools

A keen eye for layout and structure (even if you’re not a graphic designer)

Proficiency with Google Workspace and online learning tools

Initiative — you like to get in, get clarity, and get things built

Bonus: Experience working with coaching businesses, or in/around trades/home services
