Our global technology client is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist / Skilling Advisor to lead and support skilling initiatives across cutting-edge cloud and workplace technologies.

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of customers, helping them unlock the full potential of modern workplace tools and cloud platforms. You’ll design and deliver engaging workshops, curate learning content, and provide tailored training sessions—making a real impact on organizations and communities.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and learning pathways on cloud, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms

Curate and develop training resources to meet a variety of learning needs

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (including nonprofits and global organizations)

Track learner engagement and feedback to continuously improve offerings

Stay up to date with the latest technology updates and integrate new features into training

Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for digital transformation

A Typical Day Might Include:

Connecting with customers to understand their skilling needs

Preparing and delivering interactive workshops or webinars

Providing one-on-one support for strategic clients

Curating content and tracking engagement

Collaborating with your team in regular syncs (one early morning or evening per week may be required)

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement

Strong knowledge of Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform

Experience designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment

Relevant certifications in cloud or workplace technologies highly regarded
