A highly desired design practice in Sydney is currently looking for a motivated architect/designer to work on amazing projects across hospitality and residential sectors. Key responsibilities

Lead projects from inception through to completion, including site stages

Manage clients and foster collaborative relationships

Drive design quality

Contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Review and refine documentation to manage design intent and quality

Skills and experience

Completed qualifications in architecture and appropriate working rights in Australia

Operating at a level similar to 8 years professional experience

Strong design, and conceptual ability

Excellent ArchiCAD and SketchUp skills

Previous experience working on high quality developments with a strong understanding of Australian construction standards and processes

Exposure across high-end housing, commercial, and/or hospitality sectors

Enthusiastic, hardworking attitude and ability to meet fast paced project demands

Hand-sketching skills a bonus
