🏝️ Maintenance Manager – Bel Air on Broadbeach

Full Time | $75,000–$80,000 p.a. (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bel Air on Broadbeach, a popular Gold Coast resort featuring three residential towers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of StayCo, a respected accommodation management company that owns and operates five resorts in Broadbeach, and is proudly part of the publicly listed Finexia Financial Group Ltd (ASX: FNX).

About the Role

Full-time, permanent position

Manage a small team of cleaners and maintenance staff

Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and project works across three residential towers

Oversee the quote process, liaise with suppliers, and supervise contractors on-site

Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed

Maintain accurate records and reports using basic computer programs including Excel

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, reliable leader with a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy resort environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager role or similar

Skills overseeing external contractors and managing quotes

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, Word)

Hands-on trade skills — experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical would be highly regarded

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
