Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager who keeps things running smoothly and handles the occasional curveball with confidence and a good sense of humour.

The Role:

This role is exclusively maintenance management. There is no general property management tasks

• Coordinate and action maintenance requests
• Obtain quotes and issue appropriate work orders to trades
• Liaise with tradespeople, landlords, and tenants
• Track, complete, and close off all active maintenance work orders

About You:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Genuine passion for property maintenance (attitude is key)
• 2–3+ years’ experience in maintenance or property management
• Confident communicator with strong trade and client liaison skills
• Highly organised, motivated and not afraid to take on challenging tasks
