Salary: $60,000 per annum + superannuation

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Demand Manager facilitates access to government funding programs aimed at promoting energy efficiency. Demand Manager is an Accredited Certified Provider under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme, an Accredited Party under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Scheme and operates in South Australia under the REPS Scheme.

Key responsibilities & duties

As part of this role you will be required to:

· Provide excellent customer service and communication to Demand Manager clients and employees.

· Have great attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve problems with positive outcomes.

· Assess and process (technical) documentation for energy efficiency projects to ascertain compliance with state or federal funding schemes.

· Manage and maintain accurate records, correspondence and electronic communication relating to our core business.

· Maintaining and implementing our systems and procedures and identifying areas for improvement.

· Conduct periodic site visits and telephone surveys as part of Demand Manager’s quality assurance process.

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Have the ability to work unsupervised in a professional, proactive and efficient manner as well as in team settings.

· Develop an in-depth understanding of all Demand Manager’s products, services and key sales attributes.

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the various state and federal government schemes under which Demand Manager operates.

· Manage new customer enquiries and guide them through Demand Manager’s induction process.

· Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks where required.

The role is based in Adelaide and requires a home office environment to start.

Demand Manager will be moving into a new office soon where a hybrid role

will be on offer.

Someone with an interest in the energy/environmental industry may enjoy this role. We will also consider non job specific skills, qualifications and experience that may be of benefit to Demand Manager.

Full training will be provided to get you up to speed in a timely manner and to smoothly integrate you into our team. The candidate will need to have a willingness to complete internal training.

Applicant must have a full driver’s license and able to travel locally in metro Adelaide and potentially on occasion interstate.
