About the Role:

As a Customer Service officer, you’ll be providing fitment advice, processing sales enquiries, and helping ensure our products are dispatched smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) with a friendly and professional attitude

Provide accurate fitment advice and product recommendations to trade and retail customers

Follow up promptly on quotes and outstanding orders

Upsell related products (e.g., tyres) where appropriate

Occasionally support the warehouse during busy periods

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure

Open to occasionally manual handling

Experience in customer service is highly regarded, but not essential – we’re willing to train the right person

Desirable (but not essential):

Automotive knowledge or a passion for cars and wheels

Forklift license (a plus!)
