What You'll Do
This is a true multi-tasking role, where you'll be:

• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations
• Answering inbound sales calls and processing customer orders
• Handling ETA requests and stock level checks
• Managing warranty support, repairs, and maintenance coordination
• Communicating with customers across multiple channels
• Entering and tracking info using an ERP system
• Being the friendly, reliable voice between customers and internal teams
