About the company/role:

Our client, an FF&E consultancy, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Southern Brisbane on a full-time casual basis for 3 months with possible extension

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Lead Coordinator and the Project Manager to successful deliver the FF&E program.

Duties:

• Assist to evaluate proposed solutions by considering data, precedents, and input from stakeholders
• Take instruction for the performance of tasks to achieve an outcome of milestone
• Execute the strategies to achieve the FF&E Program set for the project
• Contribute to the development and documentation of task planning, scheduling and critical paths
• Execution of FFEMS and other third party applications to achieve project deliverables in relations to specifications, information and packages.

Skills/experience:

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator / Administrator or similar
• Experience with FF&E specification and fit-outs in a project capacity
• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within a clinical setting is highly desirable
• Report writing experience and understanding of design
